ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Caty, come from Hong Kong and based in England now.
I started to practice yoga in 2018 and practiced around 10 years dancing before.
I realized that yoga is not just stretching but also a good way to train core, muscle endurance etc.
While practicing yoga, I can release the negative energy and recharge with positive energy after practice.
I want to share my yoga knowledge with others and I am happy to know my students are happy and recharged after attending my yoga class.
I got my certification in 2019, and start to teach yoga class since graduation. Yoga is a lifelong journey, while keeping regular yoga practice, I am happy to study related courses to enhance my knowledge and apply them in my yoga class.
Apart from Mat Yoga, I also teach aerial yoga class (beginner or advance class), and provide sound therapy with singing bowls, which is good for meditation and solve sleeping problem etc.
I can conduct yoga class in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.

每次練習瑜伽, 我都可以暫時放下平日的煩惱, 還可以把負面情緒掃走, 帶著滿滿正能量離開課室
我希望與大家分享瑜伽, 大家可以跟我一起享受瑜伽, 從瑜伽獲得正能量
我於2019年考獲瑜伽證書, 2020年開始在香港教授瑜伽
我喜歡與學生互動, 更喜愛當學生去學習新知識
