The flower symbolized the determination to achieve a goal or dream. In chinese belief that the Daylilies are herbs of forgetfulness.

I would like everyone can enjoy the moment, forget the worries in daily life while practicing yoga with me in the class.

My name is Caty, from Hong Kong and now based in England.

I am happy to meet anyone of you and share my yoga class with you all.
